Choong Ek Chua

Choong Ek Chua is a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience in the chemical and construction industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Chem-Trend since January 2016, Choong is responsible for driving sales and margin achievement across multiple Asian markets for polyurethane and wood composite release agents. Prior to this, Choong held roles at Bayer MaterialScience as Technical Sales Manager and Market Development Manager, successfully establishing significant high-volume customers in Malaysia and Singapore. Choong's career also includes progressive positions at Maskimi Polyol Sdn Bhd, where initial roles evolved from Sales Executive to Senior Technical Sales Manager, and experience at Bina Puri Holdings Bhd, Jia Pau Enterprise, and Seng Hup Electric. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Administration from The University of Bolton.
