Naomi Farkas, MSN, FNP-C, RN, is a Nurse Practitioner at CHEMED Health since August 2021, following their role as Charge Nurse at Boro Park Center from April 2016 to December 2021. Naomi gained experience in nursing during a preceptorship at the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System in the Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit in 2015. Naomi holds a Master's degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing from Pace University, completed between 2018 and 2021, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University, obtained in 2015. Additionally, Naomi earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Touro University from 2011 to 2013.
