Carlo Bouwmeester is a seasoned professional in the field of business development and plastics, currently serving as the Global Business Development Manager for Plastics Recycling at Chemetall since January 2024. Prior to this role, Carlo spent over a decade at BASF Chemetall GmbH, where responsibilities included Global Segment Manager for Plastics and Global Key Industry Manager for Automotive Components plastic fascia. Experience in project management was gained at Chemetall BV and Chemetall NV / CM Services B.V., along with a strong focus on quality, safety, and health management. Carlo has undertaken various certifications in ISO standards and safety management and holds an EMPA degree from Radboud University.
