Julia Buckley is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management across various sectors, including energy and construction. Currently serving as Project Manager at Chemex Global since October 2022, Julia previously held the position of Estimate Manager at Kiewit from June 2016 to October 2022, where significant contributions included the development of the Kiewit Mexico Estimating playbook.
