Richard Cleveland

Richard Cleveland has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Richard served as the Chief Operating Officer at Chemex Global, Inc. from March 2019 to the present, overseeing renewable process projects with a focus on minimizing environmental impact. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President at Corval Group, Inc. from 2015 to 2019, where they led the national open shop construction division and launched CORVAL BUILDERS & ERECTORS, INC. From 2012 to 2015, they held the position of Executive Director of Operations & Project Management at Harsco Corporation, responsible for project operations and execution. Richard also worked at Kiewit since 1993, starting as a Construction Engineer and progressing to various roles including Senior Project Manager and Director of Project Controls, overseeing complex EPC projects and consolidating different divisions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership, team management, and a strong focus on project delivery and business development.

Richard Cleveland has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. Richard also completed an Executive Leadership Development Program at Kiewit. Furthermore, Richard obtained a Construction Executive Management Certificate from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Everglades University, with a focus on Industrial Capital Projects. Richard also attended BEE College, where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
