John Slagter

John Slagter has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. John started their career in 2010 as an Allrounder and Sailor at Chemgas Shipping B.V. After four years in that role, they became a 2nd Officer and served in that position until 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Quo Vadis Personeelsdiensten, where they worked as a Relatiebeheerder for a year. In 2019, they joined oliehandel Terlouw as a Schipper verkoper. Currently, they are working at Chemgas as a 2e Stuurman, and in the future, they will assume the role of Chief Mate.

John Slagter's education history includes the following:

- From 2004 to 2006, they attended the STC Group and obtained a degree in Schipper Machinist Beperkt Werkgebied (SMBW).

- From 2006 to 2007, they continued their education at the STC Group and received a degree in Stuurman Werktuigkundige Kleine schepen (SWK).

- From 2007 to 2010, they completed their education at the STC Group and earned a degree in Koopvaardij | Maritiem officer (Marof), with a field of study in Alle schepen.
