Xia Ning

Xia Ning is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry, currently serving as the CEO of Chemical.AI since December 2018, where the focus is on developing a platform designed to identify optimal synthesis pathways for molecules rapidly. Concurrently, Xia holds the position of Director of Chemical Information at iChemical, starting in 2016. Previous roles include Development Manager at eNovalys, where responsibilities included web-based scientific software development and project management, and a Ph.D. researcher at CNRS from 2005 to 2008, emphasizing catalyst discovery and resulting in three patents and five publications. Early career experiences include internships in R&D at L'Oréal and Bayer CropScience. Xia Ning earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from CNRS, a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Tongji University.
