Leslie Gower

Leslie Gower has extensive experience in treasury management and business development, currently holding the position of Treasury Management/Business Development at Sturgis Bank & Trust Company since February 2023. Previously, Leslie served as Senior Vice President and TM Sales Manager at Chemical Bank from June 2017 to February 2023 and as Senior Treasury Sales Officer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from August 2016 to February 2023. Leslie also held roles at Fifth Third Bank as Treasury Management Team Lead and Team Lead Treasury Management, and served as VP, Director of Government/Institutional Banking at Union Bank of Michigan for a short tenure in 2022, along with the role of Treasury Management Region Sales Manager at Huntington National Bank. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Music from the University of the Pacific between 1992 and 1996.
