Kevin Seelaus is a seasoned UX designer and researcher with a robust background in user experience, research coordination, and cognitive development. Currently serving as Lead UX Designer & Researcher at Chemistry since September 2019, Kevin actively interfaces with clients, conducting workshops and advising on design strategy based on customer and business needs. Previous roles include Senior UX Designer & Researcher at a creative consulting agency, User Research Lead for a capstone project at Carnegie Mellon University focused on veteran support, and various research positions at UPMC and the University of Pennsylvania, where Kevin contributed to studies on neurocognitive development and psychosis. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania.
