Lama Ghaddar is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in public health, community resilience, and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Chemonics International since January 2023, Lama previously managed the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) portfolio at Anera, benefitting over 500,000 individuals in Lebanon. Prior roles include Grants Specialist at Management Systems International, Program Manager for the "Women’s Alliance for Virtual Exchange" Program (WAVE) at the Arab ICT organization - IJMA3, and Project Manager with IndyACT, where significant contributions to environmental advocacy and youth empowerment were made. Lama holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
