Program Manager, Usaid Global Health Supply Chain Program at Chemonics

Lindsey Futrell, MPA, currently serves as Program Manager for the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program at Chemonics International. Previously, Lindsey held the position of Senior Manager of Systems Operations at A Glimmer of Hope, where expertise in strategic planning, data governance, and program monitoring was demonstrated to enhance organizational impact and sustainability. Additional experience includes roles at the U.S. Forest Service as a Program Specialist, managing natural resource portfolios, and with the Peace Corps as a Civil Society & Health Capacity Building Specialist, where collaborations with community organizations and ministry partners were established to improve health education. Lindsey's early career involved positions at Barnes & Noble as Digital Sales Lead and as Research Associate at the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute, alongside project management and operational roles in nonprofit settings. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
