Cem Candir is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the water treatment and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Chemstar Water since March 2019, Cem is dedicated to customer satisfaction and sustainable practices. Prior to this role, Cem was the President of MIOX from 2012 until its acquisition by DeNora Water in 2019, and held various leadership positions at GE Power & Water from 2004 to 2012, including Global PSI Leader and Integration & Change Leader. Cem's career began at Procter & Gamble in sales and marketing. Academically, Cem holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University, complemented by executive education at Crotonville. Additionally, Cem serves as a board member for YPO since April 2024.
