Harshit Rana Eit

Harshit Rana, EIT, is an accomplished mechanical engineer with a strong background in design and process engineering. Currently serving as Lead Mechanical Engineer at Chemtex since July 2021, Harshit has previously held positions as Mechanical Design Engineer at ecoPRT Lab and Process Engineer at NCMEP, where significant contributions included a 20% mass reduction in an electro-mechanical steering system and a 42% productivity increase for Unilever through time study analysis. With a Master’s degree from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Harshit has also excelled in product design and lean consulting roles, demonstrating expertise in multidisciplinary collaboration and efficiency improvement across various engineering projects.
