Nidhi Patel

Nidhi Patel has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Nidhi currently works at Chemtrade as an IT Helpdesk Team Lead, starting in June 2023. Prior to their current role, they were an IT Operations Analyst at Chemtrade from November 2022 to June 2023. Nidhi also worked at Pathway Communications as a Technical Operations Analyst at ChemTrade Logistics Inc from March 2020 to November 2022, and previously as a Technical Support Analyst - IT Professional from October 2018 to March 2020. Nidhi briefly worked at GlassHouse Systems as a Technical Support Specialist in August 2018. Nidhi's early experience includes an internship at Dalhousie University in the Internetworking Lab, where they gained hands-on experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, and implementing LAN/WAN technologies using Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.

Nidhi Patel pursued a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Dalhousie University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from LDRP Institute of Technology & Research, Gujarat Technological University, from 2012 to 2016.
