Suzie Douglas

Suzie Douglas has extensive experience in plant and maintenance management, currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Maintenance Manager at Chemtrade since March 2017. Prior roles include Maintenance Supervisor/Planner at Conifex Timber Inc. from October 2015 to March 2017, and various positions at BMW Group from September 1997 to May 2015, including Process Leader, Technical Leader, and Maintenance Electrician. Suzie began career as a Maintenance Apprentice at Rover Group/BMW Group, where tenure lasted from September 1993 to September 1997. Educational qualifications include an Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship in Mechanical and Electrical from BMW Group and a City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ Level 3 Maintenance Apprenticeship in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from North East Warwickshire College, both completed in 1997.
