Prior to this role, Erica worked as the Director of Outreach at The Chlorine Institute for three years and as a Regional Liaison at The Olson Group, Ltd. for three years as well. Erica holds a Master of Arts degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Design from Radford University.
