Vlad Mitroi

Vlad Mitroi joined Chenavari in September 2020 as ESG consultant and became the Head of ESG in July 2021. Prior to joining Chenavari, he helped incubate a climate fintech start-up to scale the sustainable finance market. Before that, he spent seven years with ING in the Debt Capital Markets team, where he launched and developed the Bank’s Sustainable Markets franchise. As Vice President, he co-managed the public market issuance of c.$35bn worth of green, social and sustainability bonds and advised wholesale banking clients on strategic ESG matters. Vlad holds an MBA from London Business School and is a CFA charter holder, as well as being a member of the European Leveraged Finance (ELFA) ESG Committee.
