STAC Call Center Technician Lead at Chenega Corporation

Karen Sawyer has a diverse work experience in the security and customer service field. Karen started their career in 2014 as a Technical Unarmed Security Guard at Admiral Security Services, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. in the same role and stayed with them until 2017. During this time, they gained experience in monitoring and ensuring the security of various locations. In 2017, Karen joined Allied Universal as a Technical Unarmed Security Guard before moving on to Chenega Corporation later that year. At Chenega Corporation, they worked as a STAC Call Center Technician Lead, taking customer calls and emails and overseeing processes and procedures. Karen also drafted reports and managed contractor personnel.

Karen Sawyer attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Business Administration and Management, but did not earn a degree. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General at Johnson C. Smith University - JCSU, with an expected completion date in 2023.
