Kimberly Estep, SHRM-CP, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Georgia, graduating in 1993. In 2017, they earned the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, followed by the PHR certification from HRCI in February 2021. Kimberly also holds a People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM, obtained in 2021.
