Kimberly Estep

Kimberly Estep has over 20 years of experience in human resources and administrative support roles. Kimberly is currently a Lead Human Resources Generalist at Chenega Corporation, a position they have held since October 2014. Prior to this, they worked at CRGT, Inc. from February 1998 to March 2014 as an HR/Business Unit Administrator, where they were responsible for supporting up to 500 employees across 70 client sites. From February 1998 to March 2012, they served as an Office Manager at CIBER, Inc., providing HR and administrative support for contract employees across the US and Europe. Earlier in their career, they were an Executive Secretary to the CEO at Atlanta Bread Company from October 1997 to February 1998, and an Administrative Assistant at Network, Inc. from February 1995 to October 1997.

Kimberly Estep, SHRM-CP, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Georgia, graduating in 1993. In 2017, they earned the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, followed by the PHR certification from HRCI in February 2021. Kimberly also holds a People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM, obtained in 2021.
