Mark W. Altman, MIS, has extensive experience in instructional design, training, and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer and Instructor at Chenega Corporation, Mark focuses on redesigning Navy training programs and conducting quality control within the ADDIE framework. Previous roles include Learning and Development Lead at USAA, where compliance training was designed for both insurance and banking sectors, and Organizational Development and Training Manager at Akebono Brake Corporation, overseeing training initiatives for 5,000 employees. A retired Major from the US Army, Mark brings a wealth of leadership experience, having instructed and mentored military cadets and managed significant operational responsibilities. Educational credentials include M.I.S. and PhD coursework in Leadership Studies.
