Michael Baker

Michael Baker has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michael is currently working as a Manager at MetaPhase Consulting since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance and Career Coach at Baker Solutions, where they helped clients develop a financial plan. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Chenega Corporation as a Team Lead and Senior Business Operations Analyst, where they led process improvement initiatives and executed current state evaluations. Before that, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, providing updated processes and handling technical issues. Michael also worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, first as an Associate and then as a Senior Consultant, where they executed a cloud-based business transformation platform and provided training procedures for consultants.
