Todd Carolin

Todd Carolin, MBA, CTBME® ITIL® SAFe®Agilist has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Todd started their career in Assurant Health as a Director of Claims Reporting and Analysis. Todd then moved on to First USA Bank/Chevy Chase Bankcards as an Assistant Vice President, where they managed portfolio analysis and securitizations. Later, Todd worked at Savvis Communications as a Director of Budgeting and Forecasting, responsible for budget development and revenue forecasting. Todd then joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, managing IT transformation projects for various federal clients. Todd continued their career at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Associate in Healthcare Business Analytics, responsible for client delivery and driving growth in the healthcare segment. Todd then moved on to SRA International, where they worked as a Principal in Strategy & Performance for five years. After that, they joined CSRA Inc as a Principal of Strategic Solutions, leading the development of cost analysis for large Federal IT procurements. Currently, Todd is working at Chenega Corporation as a Sr. Principal of IT Strategy and Innovation, providing leadership and expertise across various IT policy domains for the United States Agency for International Development.

Todd Carolin, MBA, CTBME® ITIL® SAFe®Agilist has a diverse education background. Todd holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a BA in Government/Public Affairs from the University at Albany, SUNY. Todd also completed an Executive Program in Strategic Management at The Wharton School and studied Political Science and Government at American University. In terms of certifications, they have earned a Certified Technology Business Management (TBM) Executive designation from The TBM Council in 2019 and a Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner (SP) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017. Other certifications include Amazon TCO and Cloud Economics from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2016, Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2015, ITILv3 IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Booz Allen Hamilton in 2009. Todd is also recognized as a Gartner CTE® (Certified Total Cost of Ownership Expert).
