Park Roelse

Park Roelse has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles in human resources. From 2019 to present, they have served as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Cheniere Energy, Inc., overseeing HR functions for LNG operations and leading a team. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2019, they were the Manager of Human Resources at CITGO Petroleum, managing HR activities for the Corpus Christi Refinery and serving as a member of the senior management team. From 2013 to 2017, they held the position of Manager of Corporate Human Resources at CITGO Petroleum, responsible for strategic HR consultation and managing a team of HR professionals. Before joining CITGO Petroleum, they worked as a Management Consultant at Corvirtus from 2002 to 2006.

Park Roelse attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Psychology. Park then pursued further education at the same university from 2000 to 2002, specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
