Andrea Mirabelli

Andrea Mirabelli, PHR, CIR, is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Operations at ChenMed since February 2020. In this role, Andrea oversees recruitment operations and collaborates with the Director of Talent Acquisition to enhance recruitment practices for delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Prior experience includes a range of roles at Pitney Bowes from August 2004 to February 2020, culminating in the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition for Presort Services and Fulfillment Delivery and Returns, where Andrea led a team of recruiters and supported global recruitment needs. Andrea also held various recruiting positions at Oshkosh B'Gosh and began a career in human resources as an intern at Midwest Express. Andrea holds a BBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
