Maria Slater

Maria Slater currently serves as the Associate Director of Change Management at ChenMed, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance organizational engagement and streamline decision-making processes. Prior to this, Maria held positions as Change Management Manager and Clinical Voice Manager at the same company, fostering collaboration between departments to align with organizational goals. From January 2018 to April 2022, Maria worked as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit, providing high-quality critical care and advocating for patients' needs. Maria is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, following a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from UT Health San Antonio.
