Teresa J. Piazza

Teresa J. Piazza, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and human capital development. Currently serving as the Director of Change Management at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia since January 2024, Teresa previously held the position of Director of Human Capital at Cannon Financial Strategists, Inc. from May 2022 to January 2024. Over a notable tenure at the Association of Energy Engineers from March 2019 to May 2022, Teresa led a team managing a global training portfolio of over 35 online courses. Earlier experience includes a role as Learning & Development Manager at the Board of Regents from July 2007 to March 2019 and as PeopleSoft Financials Training Manager, where Teresa focused on developing effective training curricula. Teresa holds an MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Advertising from The University of Georgia.
