Merrill Baumann is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate, transactional, technology, and intellectual property law. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Chenoweth Law Group since September 2023, Merrill provides strategic legal advice and manages trademark and brand issues for clients across diverse industries. Merrill founded Merrill Baumann LLC in November 2016, specializing in general corporate and transactional law, with significant expertise in mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, and business startups. Previously, Merrill was Of Counsel and Partner at Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP, leading the Intellectual Property and Technology team, and served as a Partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where involvement included overseeing legal and professional liability matters. Earlier legal experience includes roles at Graham & James LLP, focusing on general corporate and IP work, and as an Associate Attorney at Whitman & Ransom.
