Starting from 2010, Navjot worked as a Research Assistant at the Central Scientific Instruments Organization, where they gained valuable experience in scientific research.

In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Research Engineer at RAD Technologies, contributing to engineering research projects.

In 2019, Navjot joined Walmart Canada as a Manager, where they honed their leadership and management skills.

In 2020, they took on the position of Computer Vision Engineer at Intelense Inc, focusing on computer vision technologies.

Navjot Kaur Bians has a strong background in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Navjot Kaur started their education journey at Punjab Technical University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they continued their studies at Punjabi University, obtaining a Master's degree in the same field from 2013 to 2015.
