Sarah Bissex

Sarah Bissex currently serves as a Board Member for Family Services Ottawa since September 2024 and holds the position of Manager of the Executive Offices & Principal Advisor to the CEO at CHEO. With a background in clinical management in mental health and project management within child development, Sarah Bissex has accumulated extensive experience in the healthcare sector, including roles such as Registered Nurse in Paediatric Haematology/Oncology and Research Assistant at The Hospital for Sick Children. In addition to practical experience, Sarah Bissex has contributed to academia as a Lecturer in International Health Theory at the University of Ottawa. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Global Health from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph.
