Lilia Colombo

Lilia Colombo has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lilia began their career as an HR Specialist at Philips in 1996 and then moved on to RS Components SpA as an HR Specialist. Lilia then joined Linea S.p.A. where they served as a Recruiting and Training Manager and later as an HR Manager. Lilia continued their HR career at Linea, where they held the position of HR Manager for four years. After that, Lilia became a self-employed HR Consultant before joining CHEP as an HR Manager. At CHEP, Lilia's roles have included HR Director for Southern Europe and currently, Vice President of Human Resources for Europe. In their roles, Lilia has been responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition, development, labor and employee relations, and sustainability initiatives.

Lilia Colombo holds a Laurea in Lettere Moderne with a specialization in Comunicazioni Sociali from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, obtained between 1991 and 1995. Lilia also completed training in Counseling NLP from PNL Meta srl between 2002 and 2006. In addition, Lilia Colombo obtained a Master's degree in "Recruiting, training and development of human resources" from ETLine in 1996-1997. Lilia later received a Certificate of Coaching Academy Foundation from TCP Italy in 2014. Throughout their career, they have acquired various certifications in areas such as customer experience, employee experience design, people analytics, diversity, equity and inclusion, and more. Lilia Colombo is also an Associate Certified Coach certified by the International Coaching Federation and holds a Master Advanced Certificate in NLP from PNL Meta srl.
