Karen McGrath

Karen McGrath is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Human Resources Europe at International Financial Data Services (IFDS) since March 2020, Karen has held various leadership roles, including International Human Resources Director at Humanscale and Human Resources Director at Eversheds Ireland. Earlier positions include Human Resources Manager at A&L Goodbody and Group Human Resources Manager at Fónua Ltd. Karen's career began in recruitment roles, starting as a Recruitment Consultant with Kelly Services. Karen holds a BA in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, earned between 2002 and 2005, and is CIPD qualified.
