Mizanur Rahman

Mizanur Rahman has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Mizanur is currently the Head of Engineering at CHEQ Mobile Solutions, where they focus on delivering better experiences for restaurant users and manages a remote development team. Prior to that, they worked as a Management 3.0 Facilitator, becoming the first from Bangladesh in this role. Mizanur also founded and served as the Lead Agile Trainer at TechMasters, where they trained over 1000 people in various programming languages and agile/scrum methodologies.

Additionally, Mizanur worked as a Trainer for the Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) program at Scrum Alliance, specializing in technical aspects of agile development. Mizanur held key positions at Telenor Health, including Head of Engineering and Head of Development, where they architectured digital healthcare platforms and managed teams. Mizanur also worked as an Associate Professor at Bangladesh University of Professionals and held positions as a Software Architect at E-Invasion ApS, Engineering Manager at Trustpilot, and Founder & C.T.O at Informatix Technologies.

Throughout their career, Mizanur has consistently demonstrated expertise in software development, agile methodologies, and team leadership.

Mizanur Rahman's education history includes obtaining an MBA in Finance and Management from North South University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2003, they completed a BS degree in Computer Science also from North South University.

In addition to their formal education, Mizanur Rahman has obtained several certifications. In 2008, they became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2009, they obtained the Zend Certified PHP 5 Programmer certification from Zend. Further, in 2014, they received the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Mizanur Rahman continued to expand their knowledge and skills in agile methodologies, obtaining the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certifications in 2016 from the Scrum Alliance. In the same year, they also obtained the SAFe Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Moreover, in 2017, they obtained the Certified Agile Leadership 1 (CAL1) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Mizanur'smost recent certifications include Training From Back of the Room (TBR) Practitioner from Bowperson Publishing and Training in 2018, and Management 3.0 Facilitator from Management 3.0 in 2019.
