Rebecca (Becky) Wootten, CLSSBB has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rebecca (Becky) began their career at Hilti in 1990 as a Data Order Entry Clerk before transitioning to Dispute Management. From 1995 to 2000, they held various roles at Hilti North America, including Credit Extension and Collection Specialist, Manager of Credit Service Operations, and Senior Manager of Finance Operations.
In 2000, Wootten joined the Hilti Group as the International IT SAP Implementation Manager, responsible for the conversion of Hilti regions from Oracle to SAP. Rebecca (Becky) represented business user needs and designed system functionality specifications. Rebecca (Becky) continued their work at Hilti North America from 2004 to 2006 as a Regional Sales Manager.
From 2006 to 2009, Wootten led the evolution of customer handling from complaints to care as the Customer Service Channel Manager at Hilti. Rebecca (Becky) built a customer-centric team and converted customer pain points into sales opportunities.
Rebecca (Becky) then returned to Hilti North America from 2009 to 2011, serving as the Director of Business Process Excellence and later as a Strategic Marketing Specialist. In these roles, they achieved transformative change, led projects, and optimized processes. Rebecca (Becky) also developed and deployed strategies to improve customer experiences, implemented a Voice of Customer program, and utilized market research for digital platforms.
Since 2013, Wootten has worked in various roles, including Operational Leadership, Process Solution Architect, and People & Community Advocate for Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Finance, Sales & Marketing. In their current role, starting in 2023, they serve as the Senior Director of Delivery, Innovation, & Analytics at Cherokee Federal.
Rebecca (Becky) Wootten, CLSSBB has a diverse education history. Rebecca (Becky) obtained their Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Oklahoma in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Services at St Gregory's University in 2001. Rebecca (Becky) also acquired an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tulsa Community College. Most recently, Becky earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from St Gregory's University in 2017.
In addition to their formal education, Becky has obtained several certifications. Rebecca (Becky) holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certification from the University of Oklahoma, achieved in August 2012. Rebecca (Becky) completed the Leadership and Reputation Academy program offered by Schnake Turnbo Frank in August 2018. Currently, Becky is working towards obtaining a PMI Certification in Pmbok Project Management, with an expected completion date in 2023.
