Leslie Ritchie has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. LESLIE started their career in 2011 as an HR Regional Operations Manager at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where they implemented policies and procedures for effective management. LESLIE then worked as a Cost Analyst at Jacobs, providing technical and financial support services. Leslie later joined Honeywell as an HR Operations professional, responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. LESLIE continued their HR career at XPO Logistics, where they analyzed and improved HR processes. In 2018, Leslie served as an HR Operations Specialist at Vectrus Systems Corporation, overseeing recruitment and performance management. Before their current role at Cherokee Federal as an HR Office Management Specialist, they worked at Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority as a Human Resources Management Assistant, supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the HR department.

Leslie Ritchie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Additionally, Leslie obtained a Certified Professional Property Specialist certification from NPMA in February 2018, and a Logistics Modernization Program NOV 2012 certification from HQ ASC Field Support in December 2010.
