Rick Graves has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Rick currently works as an Equipment Readiness & Logistics Analyst at Cherokee Federal, starting in September 2021. Prior to this, Rick worked as a Research Analyst II at Madison Springfield, Inc. from May 2021 to September 2021.

Before entering the civilian workforce, Rick served in the military. Rick was part of the U.S. Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) as a Maintenance & Readiness NCO from April 2017 to April 2021. Prior to that, they served in the U.S. Army 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) in various roles including Operations NCOIC, Maintenance Manager, and Senior Mechanic from March 2013 to March 2017.

Rick's military career also includes roles in the 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army, where they served as an Operations (Logistics) NCO, Senior Mechanic, Platoon Sergeant, and MST Motor Sergeant from November 2006 to March 2013. Rick also worked in the XVIII Airborne Corps as an MST Senior Mechanic and Technical Inspector from June 2004 to May 2006.

In addition, Rick has been actively involved in supporting transitioning military personnel and veterans through their role as a member of the "Project Transition USA" Group on LinkedIn since May 2019. Rick provides training and assistance to help fellow veterans find civilian jobs.
