Sylvia Anne Kelly Ed

Sylvia Anne Kelly, BS. Ed, MS.BHR, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and human resources management. Since September 2014, Sylvia has served as the Manager of Ethics and Compliance at Cherokee Nation Businesses, overseeing compliance programs and reporting to the Board of Directors Risk Committee. In addition, Sylvia has been a Member of the Board of Directors for Signature Transformation Services since July 2008, where responsibilities include strategic planning, performance evaluation, and stakeholder representation. Previous roles include Compliance Officer and Director of Human Resources at TCIM Services, Manager of Human Resources at Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Sr. Human Resources Consultant at DIRECTV. Sylvia holds a Master of Science in Management, Human Resources from Oral Roberts University and a Bachelor’s in Education from Winthrop University.
