Stefan Thorpe

Stefan Thorpe is the current Vice President of Engineering at Cherre. Prior to joining Cherre, they were the Chief Technical Officer at Jcademy from January 2015 to September 2015. Stefan has also held positions as a trainer with Meten and English First from September 2010 to July 2012, a Senior Project Engineer with Evolve IT Limited from October 2008 to March 2010, and a Project Manager with Elliott Thomas Limited from September 2007 to October 2008.

Stefan Thorpe has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University and various certifications from Amazon Web Services, including the AWS Certified Developer Associate, Professional AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, and Professional AWS Certified Solutions Architect. Stefan also has certification in Intrusion Prevention and Applied Hacking from the Open University and Cisco CCNA from Cisco.

Their manager is Ron Bekkerman, CTO. They work with and Ian Schwartz - Chief Information Security Officer.
