Tom Dietz, MA, CCTM has over 30 years of work experience in operations and transportation management. Tom currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at Cherriots. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wyoming, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Their academic journey started with a high school diploma from Natrona County High School, which they obtained from 1985 to 1988.

In addition to their formal education, Tom has also acquired several certifications. Tom is a Certified Non-Profit Executive Director, obtained from Non-Profit Web Advisors in May 2019. Tom also holds a DOT Compliance Manager certification from Smith System, obtained in May 2014. Furthermore, Tom is a Certified Community Transportation Manager, obtained from the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) in April 2014. Lastly, they are a Reasonable Suspicion Trainer certified by the FTA, which they obtained in June 2010.
