Mary Goldy

Mary Goldy, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People & Culture Operations Leader at Cherry Bekaert, where the focus is on enhancing team member experiences through improved processes and technology. Previously, at Baker Tilly US, Mary held several key roles over nine years, including Director of HR Process Optimization & Automation, where a team was established to streamline HR functions; Director of HR Data, Insights and Operations, responsible for operational excellence across various HR domains; and Senior Manager of HR Operations. Prior experience includes positions at Target in business analysis and campus recruitment, as well as roles in retail management and merchandising. Mary holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business and an AAA in Fashion Marketing from The Art Institutes.
