Dr. Regina Hampton has been a practicing medical professional since 2005. In 2008, they were appointed Medical Director of the Capital Breast Care Center, where they provided clinical oversight to the Physician Assistant, gave clinical direction to the organization, and helped create external relationships. Regina also implemented and performed core needle biopsies for the primarily uninsured patients. In 2009, Dr. Hampton opened their own practice, Signature Breast Care/Regina Hampton, MD, PC. In 2012, they were appointed Medical Director of the Breast Center at Doctors Community Hospital, where they also served as the Chief of the Breast Surgery service. In 2014, they co-founded Breast Care for Washington, the only 3-D mammography screening facility located east of the Anacostia River. In 2016, they were appointed Medical Director of the Breast Center at Luminis Health. In 2017, Dr. Hampton co-founded Cherry Blossom Intimates, a bra and lingerie store that caters to women of all bra sizes and breast cancer patients needing prosthesis after breast surgery.

Regina Hampton, MD, FACS received their MD from Drexel University College of Medicine (MCP) in 1998 and their BS in Radiation Therapy from Howard University in 1991.
