Lisa Gibbs joined Cherry Creek Mortgage in 2022 and brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as vice president of CRM technologies. Here, she oversees the company’s global customer relationship management strategy, supervises enterprise system implementations, and drives transformational initiatives.

Lisa works with Cherry Creek’s advanced technology team to implement Salesforce throughout the company, and she partners extensively with sales, marketing, operations, training, and leadership teams to execute the company’s mission. Her objective is to remove barriers, enable teams to work more holistically, and provide originators with the tools they need to optimize customer service and retention.

Lisa is an energetic leader with a passion for using technology to transform and simplify business processes while delivering measurable bottom-line results. She’s thrilled to work for a company like Cherry Creek with its stellar reputation.

Before joining the company, Lisa worked as chief strategy officer and principal at Dietrich Partners, as well as president of technology at Thomson Reuters. There, she helped adopt and leverage Salesforce and consolidate many different technology platforms into the Salesforce ecosystem.
