Alison Smith

Alison Smith is an experienced educator and youth coach currently serving as the Lead Teacher for Elementary/Early Childhood at Cherry Creek School District and a Youth Soccer Coach for Soccer Shots Denver since July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at CVS Health and a Student Teacher at Holyoke Public Schools shortly before obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from Hampshire College, where key contributions included organizing college financial and stress management workshops and serving as a peer facilitator. Alison also founded and chaired Harford's HELPERS, and provided volunteer tutoring to elementary school students across multiple states. Additional work experience includes lifeguarding, waiting tables, and various roles in community service and education. Academically, Alison holds an Associate's degree in Political Science and Government from Harford Community College and is a graduate of Edgewood High School with an International Baccalaureate diploma.
