Kai Holtmann

Kai Holtmann has extensive experience in the field of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Kai most recently served as Head of Investor Relations at CHERRY since 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Schaltbau Holding AG from 2019 to 2021, where they played a key role in the development of a new equity story and repositioning on the capital market. Kai also worked as Head of Investor Relations at Voltabox AG from 2017 to 2019, paragon AG from 2016 to 2019, and freenet AG from 2012 to 2015.

Before their roles in Investor Relations, Kai Holtmann worked as Head of Investor Relations at MeVis Medical Solutions AG from 2008 to 2012, where they implemented in-house Investor Relations and positioned the company in the international capital markets and medical imaging industry segment. Kai also has experience as an Inhaber at Dr. Holtmann Unternehmensberatung from 2002 to 2008 and as a Senior Manager of Financial Communications at Paul Fröhlich Consult GmbH from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they worked as a Manager of Transaction Services Capital Markets/Documentation at Norddeutsche Landesbank from 1997 to 2000.

Kai Holtmann's education history includes a promotion from Bielefeld University, where they studied from 1995 to 2004. Kai obtained a degree of Dr. rer. pol. in the field of study. Prior to that, they attended Universität Siegen from 1989 to 1993 and earned a Diplom in Dipl.-Kfm.
