Sharon Cook

Sharon Cook is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment strategies and organizational management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corp since March 2023 and a Corporate Director at the Prevent Cancer Foundation since December 2022, Sharon is also the President and Founder of OLE Three Consulting, Inc. which focuses on financial services and philanthropy. Previous roles include Managing Director positions at Incapital, D.A. Davidson Companies, Sterne Agee Leach, and Legg Mason Wood Walker, where strategic development and client relationship management were key responsibilities. Sharon's experience also encompasses serving as an Arbitrator for FINRA and as a Senior Policy Advisor during the Global Financial Crisis, contributing to crucial economic initiatives like the Troubled Asset Relief Program. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University.
