Sarah Aguiar is a seasoned food and beverage management professional with significant experience in upscale dining environments. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at Cherry Hills Country Club since July 2023, Sarah previously held the role of Restaurant Manager at Guard and Grace and Pappas Bros. Steakhouse. Sarah's career began with an Assistant General Manager position at Pappas Restaurants, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing both Front and Back of House staff. Notable contributions to the hospitality industry also include positions as Assistant Sommelier at L'Olivier Restaurant and Bar and various roles emphasizing guest service and management at Eric’s Restaurant and The Gleneagles Hotel.
