Abbey Hill

Abbey Hill is an experienced optical professional with a strong background in customer service and patient care. Currently serving as a Certified Optician and Customer Service Agent at Cherry Optical Lab since May 2017, Abbey excels in a multifaceted role that goes beyond traditional customer service duties. Prior experience as an Optometric Technician at Eye & Vision Clinics from May 2007 to May 2017 provided Abbey with valuable skills and in-depth knowledge of eye care, benefiting from mentorship by passionate leaders in the field. At Tower Clock Eye Center, from 2005 to 2007, Abbey demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, engaging in critical tasks such as patient history taking, cataract surgery scheduling, and various ophthalmic testing procedures. Abbey holds an Optometric Technician degree from Madison Area Technical College and a TEFL Certification from the International TEFL Academy obtained in 2014.
