Leslie Kelley

Leslie Kelley has a significant amount of experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Leslie is currently working at Chervon North America as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Leslie worked as the Director of Human Resources at Sittercity from 2012 to 2016, where they were responsible for managing the entire HR function. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager at FoodMinds, LLC from 2010 to 2012. Leslie also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at the National Restaurant Association and Solutions LLC, as well as the Manager of Human Resources at McMaster-Carr. Leslie began their career as the Executive Director of Human Resources at the National Cattlemen's Beef Association and held other positions in human resources at Chas P Young and Bloomfield Industries, Inc.

Leslie Kelley has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development/Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University. Prior to that, Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration/Human Resources from Iowa State University. Leslie also attended LTHS but did not complete a specific degree or field of study.
