Paulo Kolicheski

Paulo Kolicheski is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Front End Product Development Engineering Manager at Chervon North America, Inc. since September 2022. With a strong background in engineering management and product development, Paulo has previously held senior managerial roles at Tyson Foods and Pactiv, LLC, overseeing collaborative robotics and engineering projects. As Vice President of R&D at FNA Group, Paulo was instrumental in converting innovative ideas into market-ready products. Experience also includes ownership of Ruach Servicos de Projeto de Engenharia, providing consulting on product design and operational efficiency. Paulo's career began in engineering at Electrolux and spans multiple industries including outdoor power equipment and cleaning machinery.
