Everett Marshall is the Vice President of People at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Everett has dedicated their career to strategic outreach and performance management, working with some of the most influential organizations in the United States.

After leaving the Naval Academy, Everett worked for Forest TLC, a company that provides training and consulting services to forest landowners. In this role, they utilized the "5 Dysfunctions of a Team" model to assess team performance and provide a framework for improving team effectiveness.
