David Harper

David Harper has a diverse background with experience in education, farm work, outdoor programs, residential coordination, and administrative assistance. David is currently the Vice President for Workforce & Academic Programs at Chesapeake College and also serves as an Associate Professor of English. David has demonstrated leadership in various roles and is dedicated to student success and completion. Their educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Studies and a Master of Arts in English Literature. David is deeply involved in the community and is a proud advocate for Maryland's Eastern Shore.
